The concept of Camp Success is based on Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Camp Reach in Worcester Massachusetts. We are proud to share the Camp Reach vision for stimulating interest and excitement for engineering and technology.

Camp Reach is an academic engineering program founded in 1997 and held each summer at WPI for rising 7th grade girls. The two-week residential camp was started by two WPI professors, Chrys Demetry and the late Denise Nicoletti.  The sponsors and organizers of Camp Success would like to extend special thanks to the Camp Reach directors, WPI faculty and Dartmouth College’s Project for Teaching Engineering Problem Solving for sharing their knowledge and expertise to help us develop Camp Success.
